You also don't need special programs. Most of the items in that shop are offered as .png
and .svg vector format which is compatible with graphic programs like
Photoshop, or vector art programs like Illustrator.
What's better than that? The vintage images have been made as vectors so that you can enlarge to any size needed, and the artist has added some of their own creations as well.
